Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 5–7 business days. Orders are shipped after processing is complete. Processing times do not include weekends or public holidays.


Shipping Rates & Destinations

We offer worldwide shipping.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.


Shipping Carriers & Delivery Times

We ship orders using DHL and Jamaica Post.

Estimated delivery times:

  • International orders: up to 30 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.


Tracking Orders

All orders are shipped with a tracking number.
You will receive your tracking details once your order has been dispatched.


Delays

Delivery times are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to:

  • Customs clearance processes
  • High shipping volumes (for example, during Christmas or peak periods)
  • Carrier-related issues beyond our control

Customs & Delivery Responsibility

Once your order has been shipped, it is handled by the shipping carrier.
If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local postal service (for example, USPS) for assistance.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

The Jamaican Coffee Store is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.
We recommend contacting the carrier directly to file a claim if needed.


Shipping Costs

All shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been shipped.
