Return & Refund Policy
Returns
We accept returns within 10 days of delivery. If more than 10 days have passed since your order was delivered, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused
- The item must be in the same condition as received
- The item must be in its original packaging
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Sale items
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email to confirm receipt and advise whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved:
- Refunds are issued to your original method of payment
- Processing typically takes 3–5 business days after approval
If a refund is granted outside of the standard return conditions, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:
- The item is not in its original condition
- The item is damaged for reasons not due to our error
- The item is returned after the 10-day return window
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card provider, as processing times may vary
- Contact your bank, as refunds can take time to be posted

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund
- A 50% restocking fee applies to all returns
Depending on your location, the time it takes for an exchanged item to reach you may vary.
For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
